AllerGen’s food allergy research
Food allergy is a strategic research focus for AllerGen. Our Legacy Project: Canadian Food Allergy Strategic Team (CanFAST) takes a highly innovative, nationally-networked approach to food allergy and anaphylaxis research.
AllerGen’s research has contributed to advancements in the prevention, diagnosis and management of food allergies.
An emerging AllerGen initiative is the National Food Allergy Strategy (NFASt) for Canada: a knowledge mobilization platform that will position Canada as a global leader in improving the management of food allergy across environments and settings.
