The Scientific Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides executive leadership and strategic direction to the Network, with emphasis on the research program and partnerships. The Associate Scientific Director assumes his role in the event of his absence.
The Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides operational leadership and direction, ensuring control and accountability in all Network functions. The COO sits as an observer on the Board of Directors, the Research Management Committee, and the Network Advisory Committees.
Acting under the direction of the COO, AllerGen’s Administrative Centre is responsible for the Network’s day-to-day operations. The Administrative Centre comprises the Network’s offices, staff and equipment, and is located at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
